This brings can include providing assistance to Principal Designers and Clients in fulfilling their role under the CDM regulations, provision of advice on property and construction matters. We have also been able to provide direction to clients in achieving statutory and regulatory compliance within their properties.

 

With a background as both a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and Chartered Manager (MCMI), I have been able to provide advice and guidance to other consultancy clients in providing systems for their businesses to allow them to meet their clients expectations. This includes developing systems of work, quality strategies and conformity with the requirements of ISO:9001’
